Astrology
is the science of the possibilities in time;
the Vedas describe it as Kala Vidya, the science
of time. Vedic Astrology comprises the basic structure of
the universe as well as its movements. Its language is universal;
it is the language of cosmic energy that can be used for all
areas of life.
According to great Indian sages, the rishis, the study
of the planets and their relationships is a fundamental
medium for attaining wisdom, for knowledge about the self,
and for realizing the cosmic being within us. Astrology helps
us understand the course of our life and our character, as
well as other people's life, and gives us methods to direct
and transform the personality.
Vedic Astrology Study Program
We
have developed Prashna
2012, professional software for Vedic Astrology,
which is designed to help the students to understand the principles
of Vedic Astrology and to help the professional astrologer
to do astrological consultations, horoscope interpretations,
search for good muhurtas, transits etc. As a student of our
Vedic Astrology Study Program you get the basic level of this
software along for free.
The European Academy for Vedic Sciences gives you the possibility
to study two very effective and at the same time easy-to-
learn astrological systems:
- System's
Approach to Vedic Astrology (Vedic Astrology)
- MaHaBote
- Burmese Astrology
The System's approach to Vedic Astrology developed by Prof.
V.K. Choudhry is the basis of the Vedic Astrology Study Program.
It is a simple, yet very precise system for
the interpretation of horoscopes and divisional charts. While
using only 20% of astrological analysis methods and techniques,
it quickly and effectively reveals 80-90% of information contained
in the horoscope. Marcus Schmieke has developed this course
on Vedic Astrology based on System's Approach, which you can
study either online or as a correspondence
course.
Our Vedic Astrology software Prashna®
2012 gives you important help in your astrological
studies.
Mahabote is an astrological method that has originated in
the convents of Burma and is also influenced by Vedic Astrology.
It does not use a particular zodiac, but only the planets.
It is possible to make the chart solely on the basis of the
day of the week and the year in which the person is born.
You can learn MaHaBote in an online course
or with the help of our Mahabote home-study set.
We have also developed a software for MaHaBote with
many features.
