The Perfection of Life in Relation with the Supreme

Explanation of the word “samadhi”:
complete absorption and aiming towards one single object

The supreme object of samadhi is Bhagavan,
the topmost aspect of transcendence

Worship and loving service of Krishna is the perfected
stage of sanatana-dharma
-
This stage is called vaikuntha, “the
stage of complete absence of fear”
-
The five limbs of bhakti-yoga:
- association with virtuous persons
- living according to the Vedic scriptures
(esp. Bhagavad-gita and Bhagavat-purana)
- spiritual ceremonies
- meditation and prayer upon the maha-mantra
- pilgrimage, or creating a place
of spiritual power
